Dobry den, chci se zeptat, kdy kolo budete mit skladem? Koukam, ze datum ocekavani se meni kazdy den a trochu to vypada jako lakadlo na zakaznika.

Včera som kupil sava e27 .Pri zložení som zistil,že žiadny návod k bicyklu neexistuje-myslím tým nikde.Link,ktorý sa uvádza u výrobcu je manuál k inému bicyklu s inou bateriou.Zložiť bicykel nie je problém.Problém je batéria.Nesvieti nič,po zapojení nabíjačky na cca 3 hodiny-takisto nič. Bicykel som reklamoval a vrátil.Dnes som kúpil druhý a problém je ten istý.Zrejme je nejaká finta na zapnutie batérie.Stačílo by pár riadkov a nemusel som spraviť 3 cesty -300km do alzy. Viete mi poslať link na návod na zapnutie baterie ? Zrejme to bude zaujimať aj obchodnú inšpekciu.

Good afternoon. I ordered this bike through your website, it's excellent, but 4 months after a normal use there are almost 10 broken spokes.And there is absolutely nowhere i can make it repair (i tried a dozen kola servis shop in Prague).Almost impossible to find those spokes in internet.Can you help me and tell me where i can order spokes to replace the broken ones?Or, even better, is it still under warranty?
