Dobrý den. Lze koloběžku legálně odblokovat? Hrozí ztráta záruky? Pokud vlastním řidičské oprávnění a mám pojištění, mohu jezdit legálně s odblokovanou koloběžkou? Předem děkuji za odpovědi.
