Mám již druhý hrnec po reklamaci. Problém byl a je ten, že je stále ve stavu “předehřátí”- točí se tam ty čárky a neodpočítává do konce a tudíž se automaticky nevypne. Občas jakoby cvakne. Pára utíká pouze otvory nahoře, jak má a při otevření se voda vaří. Musela bych opět reklamovat. Nějaké tipy?
