Dobry den, pisete, ze vyrobek ma 6let zaruku na motor. Nam prestal fungovat (netoci motor) a je to lehce po dvou letech od zakoupeni, ale na zavadu motoru by se zaruka mela vztahovat, ne? Jak se postupuje v tomto pripade pri reklamaci? Diky za radu.

Dobrý den, minulý týden jsem si tento mixér koupila a dnes poprvé použila. Je normální, že při šlehání něčeho hustšího (například šlehačka s mascarpone) mi šlehací metla vyskočí z mixovací nohy, ikdyž to bylo zacvaklé na zamknutý režim? Děkuji
