Po nějaké době užívání mi režim automatika přestal pracovat a sám mi začal padat na manuál, tedy gril nefunguje, jak má. Reklamoval jsem a po měsíci se dozvěděl, že je stroj pořádku. Doma jsem ihned ozkoušel a stále nefungoval, mezitím mi propadla záruka. Tefal sdělil, že závada lze odtranit tzv. kalibrací a že se jedná o známou závadu. Proč toto nebylo provedeno ? Gril je nefunkční a po záruce. Je to nějaký úmysl od Alza ?

Dobrý den, vím, že v tuto chvíli se zapékací příslušenství k variantě XL nedělá, ale je nějaká šance, že se bude v budoucnosti vyrábět? Zdá se, že by to uvítalo docela dost lidí..:) Předem děkuji za odpověď.
