Dobrý den zakoupil jsem tento rob. vysavač Tesla RoboStar T60 černý v pátek tj.6.9.2019 na prodejně Alza Kolín. Tato zásilka přišla otevřená, ani nebyla ničím zalepená. Zavolal jsem si slečnu, která mi zásilku předávala, a kontroloval jsem s ní jestli tam vůbec zboží je. Nenapadlo mě že uvádí, že k tomuto vysavači dávají dárek mob. telefon v hodnotě cca. 800Kč. Po kontrole doma jsem zjistil že mob. není. Robota jsem spustil dnes 7.9.2019 k večeru. Chci se zeptat máte někdo s tímto nějaké zkušenosti? Že by vykrádali zásilky? Děkuji za zprávu. Zítra vyrážím na Alzu na reklamaci
