Tak ještě založím nové vlákno, ať je to vidět. Protože výše zmíněný kolega už je pravděpodobně považován za promlčený incident. Počítač jsem vyzvedl, vše v pořádku, zboží nepoškozené. Ale po prvním spuštění počítače se objevil problém. W10 se považuje za neoriginální, a pro ověření validity licence požaduje licenční klíč, který já bohužel neumím vykouzlit, ani silou vůle vysát z nebes. Ano, je tu možnost, že W cracknu, ale přijde mi to ze strany Alzy poněkud nefér. A neberte to špatně, ale brát počítač prarodičům zpod rukou, abych Vám ho na měsíc odvezl k reklamačnímu řízení mi přijde absurdní. Rád bych tedy věděl, jestli je možnost zaslání původního klíče elektronicky, abych ho mohl do počítače nakrmit, a mohl jsem konečně prarodičům změnit tapetu a odstranit přihlašovací obrazovku. Protože vysvětlovat 80ti leté dámě, že před přihlášením musí stisknout Enter, napsat heslo a dále stisknout enter je zkrátka nemožné. Děkuji, pobouřený zákazník.
