Dobry den, rada bych reklamovala tuto knihu z duvodu nesplneni zadosti o presun/zpristupneni knihy v aplikaci vedene na me jmeno. Audioknihy sdruzujeme pod jednou aplikaci spolecne s manzelem a radeji si audioknihy budu nadale kupovat pres audioteku. Rada bych odstoupila od smlouvy a prosim o vraceni penez. Dobry den, omylem jsem koupila zbozi na firemni profil Czech Retail Support, ale aplikaci mam na své jmeno - Nina Cozlova. Neslo by prosim produkt priradit pod muj profil, at se mi ukazuje v aplikaci a nemusim se hlasit do aplikace jako firma.. Vsechny knihy od vas mame s manzelem pod mym uctem. Predem moc dekuji.
