Zdravím, kúpila som si dist WD ELEMENT 750GB asi pred tromi rokmi a pracuje super. Preto som ten istý kúpila otcovi, ten už ide len na notebooku ale na žiadnom TV (skúšali sme 4 TV). Trikrát som ho reklamovala a trikát nešiel tak mi vrátili peniaze a ja som kúpila iný. To bolo včera.Tentokrát WD MY PASSPORT 1TB na moje obrovské sklamanie, rovnaký problém.Nepomôže ani preformátovať,nič. Som už z toho dosť nešťastná a neviem čo robiť.Zasa ísť reklamovať? Poraďte mi prosím čo mám robiť, čo by pomohlo aby ten disk išiel aj na TV a nielen na notebooku. Ďakujem

Dobrý den, je možné tento disk bez problémů připojit k SAMSUNG SMART TV a bude vše na něm viditelné a použitelné? V současnosti k této TV připojuji cca 5 let starý WD ELements 1TB a ten funguje. Někde v recenzích jsem se dočetl, že nejnovější WD disky mají nějaké nestandardní ukládání, které právě brání plné funkčnosti se SMART TV? Děkuji.
