Dobrý den.V lednu jsem u vás zakoupila pračku Whirpool 60230 ZEN.Již jsem v ní několikrát prala a pokaždé se mi stalo toto: Po nastavení programu a zapnutí se mi pokaždé po pár minutách rozsvítila kontrolka
"Chybí voda" .Přitom přívod vody mám zapnutý,dokonce jsem zkontrolovala obě sítka na přívodní hadici.Když ale i přes svítící kontrolku opět zapnu START,tak pračka pak pokračuje v načatém programu,jako by nic.Ale po ukončení zjišťuji,že větší část prášku v násypce zůstala a aviváž z ní vůbec nevytekla.Při posledním praní jsem prádlo přesně odvážila.Při programu MIX 3kg prádla a vše i tak probíhalo jako doposud.Prosím o radu,co s tím? dobrý den, pracku mame necelý rok a chtěl bych se zeptat,zdáli je možnost o pozarucni servis, když je příliš hlucna. Dle měření dosahuje i 74 dcb a na to,ze jsme ji kupovali kvůli nízké hlučnosti mi to nepřijde standard.

Zdravím. Jaký je minimální počet kilogramů prádla, který se musí do pračky vložit, aby se program zapnul? Má stará pračka měla tu nevýhodu, že se při hmotnosti pod 1,5 kg nespustila a chtěl bych se tomu tentokrát vyvarovat.
