Dobrý den, objednala jsem si u Vás XD Design Wave, tmavě modrou termosku, bohužel měla promáčknutý vrchní hrneček, takže ji musím reklamovat, ale u reklamace píšete, že mám spolu s termoskou zaslat i kopii faktury, což bych ráda, ale v balení termosky byl jen papírek s návodem k obsluze. Číslo reklamace: ASRE17286126. Je tedy poněkud zvláštní a kdyby termoska nebyla poškozena, tak to asi ani nepostřehnu, že u ní není faktura. Jak tedy postupovat dál? Mám termosku zaslat na Vaší adresu s "fakturou", kterou jste mi poslali do mailu? Děkuji za odpověď. Jana Gubová
