Dobrý den. Koupili jsme sluchátka Xiaomi Redmi Buds 4 a po cca. 2 hodinách od spárování a 2 hovorech hraje pouze jedno sluchátko. Tovární reset podle návodu se nedaří, hlavně ho nikde nemůžu najít. A když se podaří, tak opět jen s jedním sluchátkem. Je chyba ve sluchátkách nebo nělám něco špatně? Děkuji
