I was afraid that the contrast ratio (as it is usual with IPS panels) would not be enough, but Shadow Control saves the day with AOC monitors

Ratings are inherently terribly misleading because each of us has different requirements and different PC composition. As far as workmanship goes, it is really good quality in its price range. I rate very positively the tool-less assembly, it goes very quickly and everything sticks. The ability to scroll up and down is excellent. Unless you have a more powerful graphics card, forget about QHD. I have an AMD RX 6700 XT with 12GB, a RYZEN 5600 processor and 32GB of memory and it was so on the edge. In games the card was running at 98% at 185W, in FullHD 67% at 132W. The picture was disappointing for me with all the possible adjustments to the settings I did not reach the quality of the display as I had in the original monitor in FullHD and the color settings a tragedy. That's why I went to the MSi competitor and the difference was marked. But as I wrote at the beginning, it's really up to each of us, some may be excited.

Easy assembly without tools, just plug and play. I recommend setting the overdrive to medium- slightly worse colors, but half the response.
QHD splendor at 24' - higher ppi
165hz great for competitive games, I switched from 75hz and it's a huge difference
IPS panel, decent colours and great response

Great monitor holder. Stable, robust, everything is easy to set up and hold.
Everyone writes that they are bothered by the outdated push-button menu control, but I got used to it pretty quickly, plus you can download the G-menu app on the AOC website where you can set everything up

The Settings Menu is rich enough to set up the monitor to your liking. Super resolution for 24'' inches. I don't understand why they don't make more monitors in this size with QuadHD resolution. 165Hz is great too!
