I come from an old Hyundai WD240D (1920*1200) with TN technology.
The DELL U2415 is a Very good screen
Very easy to assemble, with a solid conception and excellment desing (
No dead pixel found.
The color is better than my old screen (more realistic, more accurate, less saturated)
No problem to play games like FPS.

Top notch panel, no "broken" pixels.
Resolution, I've transferred from TN 22" 16:10 1680x1050px.
I >really< have to look for an IPS glare to see any (take care for the proper placement of the monitor based on light (direction); only sideways is OK!)
plastics look great, nothing squeaks or does vibrate if placed on work desk!

Monitor stand, for me it is has a bit low maximum height (~13cm).
Supplied cables for video (miniDP to DP only), but if you have a setup (PC or laptop) I guess you have already bought plethora of cables and adapters, e.g. DVI-DP/HDMI, microUSB-HDMI, DP-HDMI or if you haven't add them to the cart ;)
