While the price of this monitor is great relative to the specs, price really isn't everything. I returned it and bought an ASUS and the problem is over ( flickering in menus or load screens ).
The price was great.
I returned it after a few days due to my son "flashing" in some scenes. I'm not a deer, after googling, I found out that this is just a "feature" of some monitors.
I returned it, took my son's Asus and all is quiet.

quite nice colors
text modes - can be used for HO and Gaming
the ability to configure brightness and contrast for a selected part of the screen separately
the biggest plus is the price - you won't find a monitor with these parameters under 5000
buttons - poor quality, hard to press, but most things can be set via the app
ghosting when scrolling text (overdrive on helps only minimally)
Preset gaming profiles are unusable and only 1 is fully configurable (including color temperature)
lacks the ability to adjust the sharpness of the image, a slightly smoother image would be great
cannot adjust the height on the original stand

Sufficient refresh rate for demanding gamers - 144Hz/155Hz
Beautiful colours, good contrast (3000:1) - black is really black.
Price - there is nothing better in this price range.
Reading mode is also great for working with MS Office applications like Excel and Word
Poor quality buttons.
