Dell worldwide service for 36 months - no need to deal with Alza, in case of a defect they send a new monitor via UPS the next day, and they come for a defective one day (my experience)
It can also use HDR, it even has a Gaming HDR mode, I use it with Playstation 5
It has a robust USB Hub (3x USB-A and 1x USB-C input ports), I even have a KVM Switcher USB 3.2 plugged into one of them, which switches up to 4 USB devices between my Macbook Pro and PS5, and the monitor can handle it, which is a huge plus for me
