The monitor is completely unusable! I purchased it on 4.1.2023 with the indication that it was an "unpacked item" with a slight discount. I'm afraid that was the problem and I shouldn't have done it. It was only after the 14-day period that the monitor started to show a defect, for which the previous customer probably returned the monitor within 14 days of purchase. Tiny white lines began to appear on the display, the image became increasingly jerky and jumbled until it was completely unreadable. It turned only into a blur of colour and finally disappeared completely. This glitch was isolated, it settled down after a while and the monitor worked normally. I thought it was an exception and that everything would calm down. But the glitch did not calm down, and it was recurring more and more often. At first it happened daily for a few minutes. Later, even several times a day, with the black image being on the monitor for several hours. The monitor was just completely unusable. As it was already after the fortnightly deadline, I contacted the branded service and handed the monitor over for repair on 2.3.2023. The monitor came back from the repair on 3.4.2023 with the assessment that "the defect has not manifested itself"! However, after reconnecting, the monitor went bad again. Less so, but over time the fault kept recurring and getting worse! The time for which he was completely useless was getting longer and longer. I ran out of patience and repeatedly sent the monitor to service on 24.10.2023. This time, however, I communicated with this branded service quite often and at the same time I sent him a video, on which I filmed how the defect manifests itself. The repair shop reportedly did not "manifest" the defect again, but still reportedly replaced the entire monitor motherboard as a precaution. On 24.11.2023 I received the monitor again from the service. For about a month, i.e. until 1.1.2024, it worked without any malfunction. On 2.1.2024 the same fault started to manifest itself again. The monitor gets angry every day and repeatedly. I need to read a lot of texts on it and it is practically unusable for me. And this has been going on for more than 1 year. Out of this time 2 months the monitor was in the service and I didn't have it available at all. Now after 2 services the same fault is still recurring. For the third time. So I will continue to deal with the complaint. I bought the monitor unboxed and probably shouldn't have done so as it is probably a defective piece. If the monitor wasn't so expensive I would have gotten rid of it long ago and bought a reliable one.
