The display is one of the best on the market. It has a decent picture and a decent resolution. It's an office monitor, so don't expect a movie or gaming experience. The increased brightness, which is truly uniform, combined with the anti-glare treatment, allow good readability even in sunlight. The speakers sound clear and loud enough for an office computer. Of course these are stereo speakers that can only do mids and highs, no bass.
A big attraction is the Windows Hello-enabled camera with infrared illumination (for logging in the dark). It works reliably, but the mechanism is downright lacking in drive, even though it looks like that not only on the leaflet but also in the manual. I see this as a problem because it does not provide a higher level of privacy. If you want to use Hello, you have to have it pointed at you. I understand that at this price, a drive would probably be too much, but there are clearly gears inside and it would just be a matter of adding a stepper motor.
The second negative is the USB ports. There are few of them and their location is unfortunate. They are buried so far behind the display that you won't use them.
Controlling the monitor is tricky. And USB-C is not happening, even though it is promised on Phillips' website: -D

The monitor is described as USB-C equipped. There is no such connector on the monitor.
You state that a USB-C cable is included, but there is no such cable in the package either
There is no USB connection available in the OSD either. The USB-A to USB-C reduction did not work.
