144hz is buttery smooth
Works with Apple Silicon Mac over DisplayPort (even has AdaptiveSync 48 - 144 hz)
Very thin bezels
Fully metal stand (not even covered in plastic)
Sturdy build - no creaking or squeaking when adjusting or picking up
External power supply - easily replaceable in case of failure
Tilt, swivel and height adjustment + VESA mountable
Control joystick is too high, it is not easy to find it
The power cable could be a bit longer
No speakers, although they are shown in the OSD menu and my Mac offers to transfer audio to them

High brightness
Although the monitor has matte colours, it suffers a bit from glare, if you have a window behind you, you will need to darken it otherwise which is quite distracting. The old cheap monitor didn't have this problem.
Quite a massive power block with a relatively short cable to the monitor. If you use the alza ergo holder, you'll have to leave the cube on the table as the cable just goes to the base.
The setup is so cumbersome, fortunately you don't have to practically touch it.

Stand and overall appearance
An absolute blast to play in 4k, highly recommended
The joystick for setting is too high - I have to turn / pull the monitor to set it up, as I have a second monitor on the right
Black is really weak. IPS for 2500, - has a darker black. VA panel has incomparably better blacks
The 4k screenshot is roughly 15MB, so you can't send it to discord, where the file limit is 8MB: D
