The RGB led light is only for appearance it is not supposed to shine anywhere because of the eyes. who does not use it can switch off. This was also the case with the older model.

Satisfactory in all respects and for the price.
It's just that the RGB lighting on the back of the monitor is really unnecessary. you can barely see it: ) Unless you have the monitor positioned with your ass in the room, someone will see it.
The app to control the monitor and RGB is pretty cool.

the biggest advantage is the price and what you get for that price
high-quality VA panel - I don' t see any ghosting, as someone writes here. I didn' t notice anything like that
165Hz - suddenly we started winning in games where speed is important: -) I had a 100Hz display originally

I switched from a 21:10 34 inch monitor to this 16:9 and I don' t regret it. The vast majority of people won' t use a wide-angle monitor unless you split the screen into two, and the height of the 21:10 34-inch screen is, paradoxically, a much smaller image than the 31.5 16:9 screen here.
If you want 16:9 with fast response and a curved display. You won' t find much better. IPS panels are almost not made as curved and are rather rare. So this is the top choice for you
You will also not find it in the field of high frequency (165Hz) in the IPS field. Or yes, but double the price
The RGB dimming on the back is useless. It is not visible in the reflection on the wall at all. I turned it off, I bought an RGB usb self-adhesive tape, connected it to the PC and I have a backlight so that my eyes don' t suffer
I quite dislike the display controller in the back corner. quite arm-wrenching. I installed their app so that I can control the monitor settings from the PC desktop
complete shutdown of the monitor is only possible with the control joystick button on the back of the monitor. Terrible nonsense
