I complained about the monitor because of the visible backlight on a dark screen. Four bright spots can be seen at the top, the lower part of the panel shines through. I didn't mind it when working and playing, but for movies with black bars or dark scenes, it was distracting.
They returned my monitor from the complaint with a statement:

System OSD without the need for a mechanical button. It is clear and has good presets and custom settings.
Simple and easily adjustable stand.
Clean look of the monitor. It has gaming features, but looks like a more mature piece of electronics that doesn't target adolescents.
Nice for work and movies (if you don't need wild viewing angles)
Strong brightness and contrast. None of the values needed to be set to max as in the case of my previous monitor.
The LED panel at the back of the monitor is so weak that it misses the point.
The cable routing system through the rack has no real way to hide them. they'll always go to see.
The automatic image adjustment tries to compensate for brightness. For games and movies it's unnoticeable, but at work it's quite noticeable.
