Unfortunately, I already have a second monitor (1. I returned it) and it shows the same defect - the backlight on the left half of the display flashes - visible on white, e.g. in Chrome/Edge on the Google homepage, and very significantly so. Same situation when plugged into another graphics card or another PC. Apparently this is a product defect, see this foreign thread on Dell - https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/monitors/g3223q-flickering/647fa2fbf4ccf8a8de8b07e5 I am returning the monitor and buying a completely different brand, this is not normal.
beautiful colours
quality workmanship
backlight flickering on the left half of the monitor

Verified purchase - review from a price comparison website
I have it primarily for work and occasionally play it. The picture is great and pleasant even with prolonged use. Factory calibrated - protocol included as with Alienware. I don't use HDR, so I can't judge.
sharp stable image (4K + 144 Hz)
less depth (compared to Alienware) -> doesn't take up as much space on the desk
adjustable height + forward/backward tilt
cannot rotate left/right like Alienware

a lot of music for little money
like other Dell gaming monitors, it has great color rendition (this is the third different model in the family, so I know what I'm talking about)
simple but practical Windows application for almost all settings (it is also in Czech localization)
unified design across models, including the box (a plus for some, a minus for others)
a bit of a hobo stand, but that's a matter of taste

The Display Port (DP) version 1.4 supports 144hz, the comment below is confusing (120hz goes to DP 1.2, but DP 1.2 is old technology and no longer common). HDMI 2.1 supports 144hz, but only with a new cable and your computer must have an HDMI 2.1 connection, for example, 16" Macbooks manufactured until 2022 (which have HDMI) do not have HDMI 2.1, but only 2.0. So Macbook can be connected via DisplayPort (usb-c in Mac to DP in monitor, cable costs 300, -) and it will be 144hz. You can connect your gaming PC via DisplayPort-DisplayPort or HDMI 2.1 (but for example RTX 2070 doesn't have HDMI 2.1 either, only RTX 3000 series and above have HDMI 2.1)
top monitor for daily work and evening games
the design of the monitor is beautiful (compared to the other ones)
I don't give a shit about anything (that's the main point)
compared to monitors for 10k no problems with viewing angles, it's the main monitor I have in front of me and I can't really see when I look at it from the side
non-flickering, flicker-free
good search for other active inputs, quite fast to switch between 2 inputs (hdmi, dp) compared to other monitors
colours more saturated compared to monitors for 10k (32")
the 400 candelas per square meter really does
it doesn't have speakers, but it's good, because because of that I started using Creative Pebble speakers for 500, - and surprisingly I found that they play better than macbook 16". And they have just the right amount of bass for a panel. Better than a macbook, but smaller than my HI-FI system, for an apartment house when you don't want to bother the neighbours - great. Just Creative - "one love" from 1999 and Sound Blaster drivers in Warcraft 2 etc, this company really knows how to do it, artists: ))

I had two 27" 4K monitors with 60 Hz. I replaced one with this 32" with 144 Hz. For work, it has the advantage that a smaller DPI means that a smaller magnification scale can be used (instead of 150% magnification at 27", only 125% can be used), resulting in a larger usable area. Font size is similar at 150% magnification at 27" and 125% at 32". For games, 144 Hz with Free Sync is great. The colours are great, I haven't personally addressed the accuracy yet, I'm using it in sRGB mode and so far so good. HDR is weaker according to reviews. I'm not a fan of HDR, it's unusable on desktop and the luminance is set very high. I've only tried the games (CyberPunk 2077), it's interesting but too bright for nighttime gaming. So HDR doesn't play much of a role for me, I don't use it.
32 inches with 4K has slightly better DPI than 27"
144 Hz and FreeSync
USB Hub
Decent backlight uniformity
Decent colour accuracy according to reviews
Weaker HDR (but I'm not much of a fan, so uninteresting to me)
