After installing the TV and getting it up and running, we were struck by how long everything takes the TV. We figured it was probably the various updates that the TV required after the initial hardening. A week of use was perhaps even worse, and even with the TV off, there was a strange intermittent beeping from the TV, which required getting out of bed and unplugging the TV each time. We thought, obviously a defective piece. We sent in a complaint and after a few days the message arrived that our TV had been replaced and they were sending a new one. Hooray! Let's not rejoice... even the new TV is a horror and an ordeal. Switching between applications or outputs took as long as when you wanted to start GTA Vice City after Windows XP. I'll just point out that this is a bedroom TV, so all we wanted was Netflix (which wasn't even able to load) and regular channels (which popped up just like I do when I try to drive down Leger Street). I hope that the next claim will be a credit note and we will be able to buy a verified TV from samsung, for a little more money.

A cheap TV, unsuitable for basic TV functions, but with plenty of options for non-TV functions. Not suitable for the elderly or anyone where there is no internet access (e.g. at the cottage)

fast response from technical support, we exchanged about 10 emails and they responded within 30 to 90 minutes during normal working hours
without internet, i.e. when you can't enjoy controlling the TV functions with your voice, the remote control is cumbersome due to the lack of buttons and the concept of operating TV programs - yet it was also because of the simple remote control that I bought the TV for my mother (so that it was enough to turn the volume up or down and increase the program by one or decrease it by one and turn the TV off). Unfortunately, the concept (Android) will not allow this idea to be realized.

there is no solid manual, so many things were sent to me by technical support in pieces, always maybe 2 to 6 pages (or if they have something, but it is not included in the enclosed brief manual for unknown reasons), for example, you will not find out how to update the firmware via USB
