For me, first experience with TCL and a very pleasant surprise. We currently use 65" Philips models as our primary TV, as we have been dependent on Ambilight for several years, so we only change models after a few years. However, we have bought about 6 QLED Hisensee models in the last 2 years, which really surprised a lot in the middle and top class and since we like to try new things, so our 2 year old caparts to the new room, we went again to another brand. At first we were thinking if Xiaomi Stick would improve some older TV, but since the TV will run almost 12 hours a day and older 32" models used to consume over 65Watts, we preferred to look for a new one. We definitely wanted classic Android again (we use KODI, Sledovani TV, etc. applications, so we don't like to limit ourselves with stupid "SMART TV" with limited installation options) and a minimum resolution of Full HD. I really haven't seen HD in 20 years or so, and I don't see why even on a small 32" TV you'd watch squares. The last parameter was also the small depth of the TV, as the TV will be built into the decor of the paneling. Last but not least, the low price under five thousand, as I give the TV a few months before something hits it. So after entering the parameters, there are really only a couple of TVs left in the event, with a six-month bonus on Sledovani TV, we picked this one straight away. The picture surprised, the modes really not only increase brightness and contrast but HDR and Micro dimming nicely pulls the colors to the foreground. On the other hand, weaker colour gradients are blurred, I don't know how much of this is the decoding used from 8K video. The viewing angles are above average, interestingly they are better in the vertical plane, but in the horizontal plane the colour adjustment occurs from a really big angle. The TV is slower to turn on, but then the response is actually very fast, both in apps and MENU. It's brushed, simple, the status LED can be turned off. The sound is appropriate for the size and power of the TV, it does not offend, it is sufficient, movies OK, music OK, spoken word (news, commercials) sounds quite plastic. The workmanship is excellent, the TV has a barely 3mm frame, which forms one moulding with the back, processed from metal! Despite this, the TV is incredibly light, so it won't be a problem to place it on a longer telescopic mount or a thin MDF board. The connector selection is really basic, but you will also find a not very well equipped LAN. WiFi has a surprisingly good signal, even through the wall it showed over 90%. The controller is thin, with large buttons, but it contains an excessive amount of them for my taste. I struggle a bit with the control angles, unless you aim directly at the TV, the infraport won't pick up what you want it to. So in conclusion, definitely don't be afraid of brands like Hisensee (who among you knows that it is the largest TV manufacturer in the world?!, it has a factory in the Czech Republic and offers even on-site warranty at the customer's place) or TCL (well, it is the second largest manufacturer) but also others. You still want Samsung, LG, Philips. Why? Image quality today is about panels, of which millions are made, and it's more about piece by piece than brand. The speed of the system and the environment is great, the processing is even better than the better-known brands, the consumption is excellent, the picture too, the sound does not offend. The bonus is the completely user-friendly pure Android. At this price, nine zucchini out of ten. If there was a better quality speaker and more connectors, I'm not afraid to give it a 10/10. I knew what I was buying and it arrived exactly, it did not disappoint, on the contrary, pleasantly surprised.
