complained once because the wheel stopped spinning inside. now, after a week, it became clogged again. this time I managed to disassemble it and after about an hour it succeeded. I should have gone to complain about him again, but my daughter got him for Christmas, so I didn' t want her to have to wait for her again for almost a month. I expect to clean it again in a week.
