It's good to watch, but harder to control, and also a lot more hostile to watching terrestrial broadcasts. I compared with the LG MiniLED from 2018.
Beautiful high resolution and HDR images (Zoutube offers some 4-16K videos right after the first launch)
EPG fills up for many days, so the next day after launch is not empty
voice search with the remote control tries 2 languages you set (no longer only 1)
apps start really fast, TV within 2s, which is slower than previous TVs, but shows ok.
the magic controller aims as well as the one before
WEBOS 25 is a horror compared to WEb OS 3.5: the most used home screen has a giant ad (can be hidden), pidi app icons and three big buttons for directions, omg
Driver:
mute only on long press (lowers volume by 10 and then mute)
no red, blue, green button, but the AI uses it on several screens (can be bypassed with another 3-press button)
6 app buttons that can't be disabled, even if you uninstall the app, it will install and run on that button right away (you can lock each app with a PIN to prevent this)
zero haptics, buttons are flat, same size, you don't know where your finger is after touch (previous controller was better, but it doesn't work)

The SC9S soundbar delivers great surround sound with Dolby Atmos, and the WOW Orchestra feature ensures a perfect connection to your TV. Negative: The bracket supplied with the SC9S Soundbar (Synergy Bracket) is not compatible with the 48" size (LG OLED48C54), so if you want to mount the soundbar directly under the TV, you need to look for an alternative solution.
Modern webOS - fast responses, up-to-date applications, intuitive environment.
Bought in set with LG SC9S. The Synergy Bracket is not compatible with the 48" model - it is mainly designed for 55" and larger OLED TVs.
Selling the LG OLED48C54 with the SC9S soundbar set may be misleading - Alza should list the bracket compatibility limitations.
