I certainly don't regret the purchase.
Quality picture for the price, nice "3D plasticity"
Plenty of apps (so I don't really watch terrestrial signals at all), which was crucial for me (our 3-year-old JVC was definitely better in some ways - viewing angle and sound - but it was utterly futile in apps - just Netflix and Skylink. the pre-Android thing. )
Comfortable in the hand with the controller + scroll wheel
I'm starting to think about IoT through this LG ThinkQ
The sound is really only average and I'm already looking for a soundbar (DD Surround is probably really lacking, I didn't even realize with our old JVC - which we abandoned for a complete lack of applications - how much value it represents)
The controller does not have direct stop/play/forward buttons for applications (HBO, O2, Skylink, Dramox,. ) and everything has to be done through the GUI, which makes the action longer. well, maybe it's just a matter of habit, but LG developers should really catch this
