The TV had scratches on the side and smudges on the back as if it was already hanging on the wall + it had a very bad picture, smudges were visible on the white screen and it was slow / chopping - it seemed like it was already used, but I bought a brand new one. When contacting the customer center, it was said that I did not have an additional exchange for another piece and I was offered either compensation of 300 CZK or a complaint. When I pointed out that the website states that the exchange is possible for free and that I was told that, I was suddenly offered it without apology. I was not satisfied with the TV or the service and I returned it.
