The TV is great, but I expected that in the price range. What I didn' t expect is a subtitle issue for each channel. It should be possible to turn off subtitles via the main settings for all programs at once. Unfortunately, this does not work. At first, they tried it from Samsung via remote administration, then the service gentlemen came and tried it manually, and finally, after consulting with Samsung' s headquarters, they came to replace the motherboard, which again did not help. Their offer to take the TV and try to reinstall the software with the same software (!? ) and maybe it will help, I refused. Which indicated that this was a software feature, not a bug (!? ). Maybe it' s because I use Freesat, that' s their explanation. Fortunately, it is possible to turn off subtitles, although this must be done manually for each channel.

Subtitles are displayed for all channels despite their global switch-off in the settings, so subtitles must be switched off for each channel separately

I have been considering buying a new TV for a long time as we have moved and I am convinced that there should be at least two TVs in the household when I decided which brand I looked at, but again I decided for Samsung, I originally wanted a 164 cm diagonal but after a thorough consideration I opted for 139cm This model not only immediately caught my eye but also the product description and people' s experience were fantastic so I decided for this model today I can responsibly declare that I am extremely satisfied and it is not only a fantastic image but also sound all the experiences that The experiences we experience are exceptional, so I highly recommend it to those who like quality television at a great price
