1) I did not extend (according to the Alza offer) the two-year warranty and I was contacted by an Alza representative to do so (extending the warranty to 5 years for about 6500Kč), because the OLED module is burning out and there is a risk of damage to the TV, respectively. OLED module. After importing the product, I found out from its warranty terms that LG warrants the OLED module, just because of the burn-in, for a full 5 years automatically. At the very least, this is grounds for a complaint to the CTIA or even for a criminal complaint. If I purchased the extended warranty, I am minus 6500Kč.
2) In the offer is the installation of the TV on the wall for free, but with a note that the wall mount is not included in the delivery and service (mounts offered by Alsa for this TV - about 2500Kč). After receiving the product, I found that a wall mount is included with this TV. If I had purchased the holder (unknowingly extra), I am minus another 2500Kč, that's already 9000Kč in total.
3) After the purchase, I received a notification that Alza was providing me with a "gold card" to purchase another product, but only for about one upcoming week. I don't consider this an empathetic reward for buying goods for about 40000Kč, but an aggressive marketing with elements of blackmail.
If this information reaches the owner, Mr. Rozehnal, not only I would welcome it, but so should Alza. There are several suggestions for improvement.

After careful consideration, I chose the LG brand, with whose TVs I had already had good experiences with plasma screens. This particular model has proven to be a better choice in the price range than the newer LG model of the lower series (B, C), as the panel is the same, this one also includes a heatsink, so it achieves higher brightness.

its my first oled, really liked, before i was using chromecast with vpn to see other content, this one didnt have but i am using chromecast with this one only for the content of other countries, no table stand but i have bought external (1043)

The slim design and wall hanging saves space and the room looks immediately more spacious than with a TV on a stand and the TV looks good on the wall
The connection to the Playstation is behaving strangely. If I turn on the Playstation manually and then switch the TV to the input from the Playstation, it turns it off again. So it must be switched on by switching the input to the TV and it turns on the Playstation itself.
The cursor control doesn't work for example in the Prime app and I have to use the arrow keys to control it. It's not a problem but it's weird.
