The TV quite met expectations, but the setup was purgatory, because it could not connect to wifi at all (Synology RT2600ac router), which with other things works absolutely without problems. The signal was full, the network could see the TV, but neither through the app nor manually could connect, finally the cable solved it. Of course, tech support only advised non-functional and rather absurd things, like unplugging the TV and router from the wall socket for 20 minutes, which is nonsense when the TV was unpacked new and 40 other things work with the router, including lots of smart stuff, and a new device was connected to try. So the premium Samsung brand has (once again) proven to be not very premium, probably wanted to take more LG, but now I'm not going to change it.
Otherwise, the reactions of the system are also quite hesitant, they are not really immediate as I would expect and as is obvious for example. on Apple TV 4k. So the mechanical workmanship is perfect, the design is nice, the picture is nice, but the SW is not very good, it is slow to react and not very clear.
It includes the Plex app, but requires a Samsung account to install apps, but I appreciate that you don't have to type in a lengthy password, but you can use a QR code to quickly log in. The app isn't very clear, but it's quite easy to control the TV. Of course, I probably won't choose Samsung next time.
