Like all OLED TVs, it has excellent contrast and perfect blacks. For some, the disadvantage may be the lower luminance compared to modern miniLED TVs, which can be noticeable if you're watching TV in a well-lit room. For me it's not a problem, I watch TV mainly in the evening and the picture is fabulous. It has excellent viewing angles, so even if you're not watching the TV from the front, the colours stay the same (unlike the VA panel often used with LED TVs).
With a TV this big, you need quality inputs. I mainly watch streams and anything in Full HD or 4k looks great.
The disadvantages include weaker sound, but I personally don't worry about that because I have the TV connected to an AV receiver via the available eARC.
Furthermore, it is also not the happiest solution to put both HDMI 2.1 ports on the back of the TV, which creates complications when hanging it on the wall (the TV will have to be further away from the wall and the connectors will be less accessible).
And the LG OS seems a little less snappy to me than on the CX.
Overall, however, it is a very good TV at an "affordable" price for the diagonal.
