The previous model (3 years old) worked without problems, I was satisfied. After three years I bought the same format but with the new Nanocell technology, so I figured it must just be a step forward. Unfortunately this was a step backwards and I don't understand that this model (if it is indeed a feature panel as I was told in the service) is still being produced. The banding is really noticeable, especially when displaying lighter content, but also when shifting the image from left to right or vice versa - you can really see the banding even when displaying darker content. I recommend to see the TV in such large formats first in the showroom (if available).
