In the package are pliers for changing keys, extra/replacement are the red ones
Keyboard solution to the mess, it is not possible for something to get somewhere and then fool the squeezing (see photo)

User's brief manual in Czech, no need to look for anything on the internet
Characters on the keys, but I guess it's just a matter of getting used to a slightly different look, in time I probably won't notice it

MEZER! You have to tap it like on a typewriter to make it click, it's not about the resistance it's small, but if you don't push it all the way to the board (really hard and uncomfortable) Unusable for both typing and gaming
