For 8990? Take all ten. It's not the best laptop in the world, but it definitely has the potential to be a cheap and reliable sidekick. At least I hope so in the future: ) Five stars is equivalent in price/quality ratio. Just a pity for the traditionally incomplete description of the goods by Alza.
free RAM slot - currently I have 16GB, it should go up to 32GB (16GB per slot)
another NVME slot! A pleasant surprise, although I was kind of counting on it. ACER often has in its models compared to almost every competitor (Fujitsu also ok) soldering everything on the board highly superior expansion options and even in this price range
The i3 1215U is a pretty cool, quiet CPU fan

EFI SHELL is not very friendly
Installing Windows 11 requires steady nerves - you need to download the IRST drivers from the ACER website (this model is marked A315-59) and have them ready, otherwise the installation won't find your SSD. Also, the touchpad doesn't work, so a mouse is a must. It won't find WiFi either, but that can also be bypassed by using the SHIFT+F10 key combination (in the WiFi connection installation window) and typing OOBE\BYPASSNRO into the window. The installation restarts and you enter "I don't have internet" and you can continue. Of course, it is necessary to download the drivers beforehand so that everything is ready after the installation of Windows. I have no idea if there is a similar problem with Windows 10.
I was hoping a bit that adding a RAM module would switch the graphics from UHD to IRIS XE mode, as some laptops allow, but alas.
it might be nice if there was room for one USB-C, but I can do without it
