In conclusion, I can say that this laptop is the best choice for its price and you won't find anything better, but it has some serious flaws that can be solved if you are good in technology and IT field. You definitely need to lower the voltage of the CPU and graphics card immediately after purchase. Use Windows 10 and hope for improvements with the patched version of Windows 11. You also need to use hardware monitoring to make sure your laptop is not overheating.
The display on this laptop is one of the best you can find. Not only at that price, but even at the top end.
It has all the necessary features for gaming. Advanced Optimus is essential for gaming laptops.
It has pretty solid cooling that is literally sufficient for its powerful processor and graphics chip.
Sufficient ports for connecting peripherals.
It has one of the worst BIOSes I've ever seen.
The software from the manufacturer is literally some of the worst you can find. It lacks most of the useful settings that, for example, Lenovo Legion usually has.
The whole system is very unstable. It doesn't feel like a final product, more like a beta.
Windows 11 is not working properly. Maybe it's because of serious bugs in Windows, or maybe it's because of a lazy manufacturer who is unable to update the software in a timely manner. You must be using Windows 10.
At full power and high load, the processor reaches a temperature of 100.5 degrees. This is literally unacceptable. But it can be fixed if you know how to lower the voltage of the CPU and graphics card.
It's hard, but it may not be a big deal for some people.
In turbo mode, the radiators are as noisy as a tractor.

I tried to buy the laptop based on the interesting parameters and the almost lack of competition with the new AMD processors. Unfortunately, the laptop doesn't quite suit my needs for constant carrying, daily shoving into a backpack, use on the train and at work, in fact, due to the quite significant depth, when it is no longer quite a rectangle, but almost close to a square, so it would not fit in my backpack. Acer forgot to upgrade the Nitro 16 like HP did with its Omen, so it has a pretty big chin and bezels, which e.g. Lenovo has already downsized in its Legion this year, it's quite stackable though pretty solid. I also completely dislike the amount of apps needed to set up the laptop.
Robustness (albeit too much)
Quality workmanship, even if it's just plastic
One of the few laptops with ZEN4 processors, with a quality display that virtually no Asus other than HP has as the only alternative
Power
Interesting keyboard with illuminated sides that turns itself off after a specified time
Extra button to change power mode (changes color and you can see the color effect on the left corner of the keyboard) - but I'm not sure about the quality of the button
90Wh battery size and pretty good battery life, compared to Intel competition (between 5 and 7 hours)
Nice display with high brightness of 500 nits so it can be used outdoors or in the sun
ability to charge via USB-C (I tried the PD 3.2 140W Lenovo Legion charger, but I don't know what the max speed is)
Settings options in the app
Loud and good sound quality after drivers are installed
Large number of ports, microSD reader and back panel with ports
It's too bulky and actually immobile, I can't imagine carrying it around or using it as my work and personal laptop, more like putting it on a desk or carrying it around the apartment/house
The software looks so "Chinese" to me - the drivers are mostly installed via command line, so you have to extract them to a folder to install them properly, it's not enough to just run setup and everything is extracted automatically
It doesn't have one app where you can find everything, like Lenovo and its Vantage, the apps are machine translated, so some texts are too literal like "core clock" for "core clock" etc.
Acer is a little bit forgotten behind the competition and the laptop looks outdated, it has a big chin under the display and on the whole a little bit bigger bezels, therefore it is not as stackable as for example the 16" 2023 Lenovo Legion Pro 5 I tried before, only with an i7-13700HX processor
Extreme charger - despite the fact that I'm used to the already extreme 300W brick from Lenovo Legion, Acer has an even bigger and heavier brick, which is perhaps heavier than the laptop itself, the box with the laptop has really stretched a lot and it is impossible to carry it normally
It has a classic BIOS, where there are more settings than in EFI environment, but less in some things (so advantage and disadvantage)
Network card from Mediatek (I don't have any bad experiences yet, but I've read enough of them with other laptops, so I'd be careful)
Compared to the Legion, it doesn't offer (unless I missed it) CPU or GPU overclocking options
