I bought ACER warranty 4 years warranty NTB Travel Mate+Extensa+Aspire ON SITE (nbd) including accidental damage for 2350 CZK. Unfortunately, they don't offer it on alza, so you have to buy it elsewhere. It can be bought for up to 5 years. When your touchpad stops working, and the buttons freeze and won't press, fn+F10. I was surprised that the buttons don't work, they are not purely mechanical

be careful of a few things: 1) DisplayPort is not as a standalone port, but there is a functional DisplayPort Alt via USB-C. minimum version 1.4, i.e. 4K/120Hz or 1440p/180Hz. maybe even more but I don't have a better adapter 2) the stylus (included) only works on the touchpad, the display is touch only! mapping is absolute (instead of relative), logically. it can only be used on the internal display (? ). and you need to bring the pen close to the touchpad to even show the position on the screen, you can't adjust something like pen height or something like that like with graphics tablets. or if it does, I haven't found the software yet. 3) The display reflects light well, not matte. 4) RJ-45 to USB-C or USB-A adapter is required for Ethernet connection. so I recommend to get a docking station or USB hub 5) storage can be upgraded, there is a free slot for M.2 NVMe 2280, a screw for the 2242 position, etc. It's not. so get some 2242 to 2280 reducer, which I couldn't find on Alza.
