I was looking forward to it and it really seemed to be the perfect companion for the photographer. Unfortunately, after a month, he went to the eternal hunting grounds. Sent to Acer for service, it was damaged during shipping, which was my fault because I packed it wrong. From the photos, he obviously fell on the ground. From service changed motherboard and repair of damaged cover at my expense. Even after a month, however, the ntb has not been repaired. Upon urging I was told that Acer does not have replacement ntb covers and therefore repair is not possible. So I'm waiting for a bumped up machine with a new motherboard, well that's Acer. Two months after repair ntb again defective, screen goes out, only half the screen is displayed, and finally total freezing inability to control or turn off. Sent for service for the second time. Acer never again!
