Fine product. It's only been a couple of times that I've received new merchandise. I don't expect that with a new product. Moreover, paying a fee for dispensing at a branch or alzaboxy is a brazen price increase over the competition. For me, alza is getting worse the more it weathers😎

Item arrived with used tie rods, browned, worn tightening, one washer missing from the tightener. It has 6 parts and two of them are not new🤦
