There is no universal program, which I like to use for 40* about an hour of washing. The closest is Gentle Wash, but that is only for 2 kg of yarn.

The previous model of this brand lasted us 11 years, so the choice was clear. After 14 days of use both my wife and daughters praise the washing machine, It is really quiet, I have clear controls. Just haven't tried the steam program yet, otherwise it washed everything from sheets to overalls.
I can only recommend it.
It could just beep louder when it finishes, maybe it can be adjusted but I haven't found it.

Steam program + option to run after the normal program to keep the laundry from wrinkling
Quite clear indication of what the washing machine is doing on the display
After ordering - before delivery - they called from Alza to ask if we wanted an extended warranty, because the programmers "go away" about a year after the standard two-year warranty. Now, I don't know if this was really about this model, or if it was more of a ploy to sell an extended warranty - so 2 stars down for a malfunctioning programmer. It is a pity that the dealer does not ask for a review of this type of appliance again in, say, 4 years: -), maybe the reviews here would look a bit different.
