Unfortunately there is no specific instructions for use on this products. It says to follow the product instructions. However, the instructions for the kettle do not give any specific details on what product to use, what concentration, for how long and in what way. So I don't really know what to do with it, but when I poured it into the kettle, let it sit for a few hours, it still had a worse result than the vinegar. And it stunk even after a few rinses. But maybe I'm just using it wrong (:
