don't feel the headphones on my head and ears at all, very comfortable

Solid sound, very good for listening to spoken word (podcasts, audiobooks, etc.)
No need to stick anything in the ear - quite a hilarious invention for the hearing impaired with hearing aids, where one cannot use earplugs or earbuds to push on the hearing aids
It fits well on the head, even on a smaller head (some reviews say it doesn't fit, I have a smaller head and I have to say I have no problem with it so far)
The ability to use it in the shower is great. The manufacturer states that they are not suitable for swimming with, but can withstand rain and showers. I've tried it, so far they've survived without any problems.
It sits well on my neck - if I don't want to listen, I just throw it around my neck and often forget it's there. Thus, there is less chance of losing them, as is the case with wireless plugs.
Overall I am very satisfied, they meet what I expected from them.
They vibrate on the head at higher volumes, which may bother some people.
They are not adjustable, they stick out at the back and it doesn't fit well if one wants to wear a cap on the head, the cap then presses on the headphones. So in winter you need to figure out how to wear them so that as few things at the neck (hat, scarf, jacket, etc) are pressing on it as possible. That's also why listening while lying down is complicated when something is pressing on them from behind.
Because of the curvature around the ears, they clash with everything a person wears around their ears, such as a headband, a drape, and for the hearing impaired, hanging hearing aids. So if a person has multiple things on their ears at once, it can be uncomfortable.
At a certain volume of ambient sound, the sound is no longer intelligible. It's not like listening around a busy road or when more people are shouting, children.
Magnetic charging is handy, but it requires an additional household cable that you need to take on the go, otherwise you won't charge them.
The sound is based on how well they fit on the head.

very good processing of the headphones and accessories, quality material
fits perfectly on the head, even with sudden movements they do not fall off
they sound really good, although you don't have them in your ears, it surprised me
you can perceive the surroundings (traffic) while the music is playing, you can talk to someone else and listen to the music

two charging cables are included (atypical connector design)
they are actually very light and in a way you don't even notice them on your head
clear sound reproduction (listening and voice) when making calls

don't expect a strong bass, this music playback technology doesn't currently do that (these are sports headphones)
