the worst shit I've ever seen in my life
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Support is not able to read the message and solve the problem "I don't get notifications for 60 days" they wanted to send me a new device after I said I bought another one because they were so incompetent that I had to return the first one before they could answer. Probably the worst experience with support I've ever had in my life.
notifications don't work even though I turned everything on during "onboarding" and checked and turned off the battery saver
the application itself does not actualize the measurement values
I didn't have the menus that were in the instructions in the FAQ, but it said "the application decides by itself"
support is not responding to my emails for a week, so I had to return the goods because I don't know if the hack will work anymore

The sensor measures CO2, temperature and humidity as it should. I am not able to judge radon, the VOC measurement seems strange to me, I would say it is linked to CO2. I also put the sensor in the paint and thinner cabinet expecting a VOC contamination, nothing.
However, even without that it would be fine, but what I consider to be a major drawback is the lack of a display with values and the need to access data via mobile and bluetooth connection. Sometimes the connection fails, the data is also not very detailed, you need to go to the cloud for a more detailed view. In fact, I'm not comfortable with our household data being sent to a third-party repository somewhere.
I ended up buying a competing Arenet4, which doesn't have VOC or radon measurements, but it has a display with all the necessary data and the data is synced locally to the phone.

7 day calibration for co2 - this seems to me to be a rather strange matter
I'm not convinced of the accuracy of the humidity measurement, I'll check
The system of data synchronization between the sensor, the app and the cloud is unfortunate, new data is downloaded to your phone via Bluetooth, and uploaded to the cloud only after e.g. an hour. But you can only view detailed data from the cloud.
I would have expected the possibility of adjusting the frequency of measurement, I would be happy to replace the 2 batteries after half a year instead of the declared year and a half
