The toy is not extremely durable at all, it fell apart after playing with the dog on the first day. The ring around his neck broke and the squeaky plastic ring fell out. Then all that was falling out was the inner filling. By the word extreme resilience I meant something more. But paper, as they say, can hold a lot.
I don't recommend it.
