Complaint after 14 days of use (errors when saving contacts, sending SMS, making calls). Complaints dealt with by the manufacturer for a few weeks, so we had to buy a second one for that time (mom at 80 can't be without a phone). I don't recommend it!

The second time I have to complain about it, the first time the charging station did not work, the second time after a while it reported a battery error in the charger. Grandma was happy with the older Alligator mobile phone, but I really don' t recommend this model!

This phone is the worst we' ve ever seen in the extended family' s history. We have already exchanged it for a new one, 4 months have passed since the second complaint and a defect again. The permanent solution exhausts us and my mother is always without a phone for a while (in her 81s she can' t do it with more complex devices). I hope he gets his money back this time.
Easy to use for seniors.
I will complain about this phone for the third time after 8 months of use.
I warn against buying!
