I was embarrassed at first. I had to reset the system several times. The system response was mixed. Then I realized that I had forgotten to remove the cover from the display. It's a smart box with lots of interesting features. Most of them are intuitive, some without a detailed manual the user can't manage (there's not much in the basic manual in the package). These are the first earbuds that don't fall out of my ears. My left ear is different! I test all day, so far a great surprise and satisfaction .
