Complicated controls.
It's working as it should.
The letters of the virtual keyboard are small enough for seniors.

tragedy
It could have been a lovely phone for grandma, but Alza said no.
A normal phone where you have to install and pay for a BIG launcher, then BIG something for SMS etc etc, a scam on customers, I'm returning it.
In addition, there were already unpacked goods where the system update had already taken place and was running (after the wizard was run).
