Purchased for Grandma 90+. Overall quite satisfied, only two things I would criticize - see above. The handset could be "held" more firmly on the base to prevent the phone from accidentally "hanging up" and the maximum ring volume could be even higher.

The handset could be held more firmly in the base. It is not a problem to "hang up" the phone by simply manipulating objects around the phone.
When used for hearing-impaired seniors, it would be useful if the maximum ring volume were even higher.
