there is a large rubber screw on the bottom of each of the 8 legs, allowing to level any unevenness of the ground/terrace
According to the available information, the mattress cannot be washed - the instructions only state that it can be wiped with a wet cloth. So that the mattress doesn't get all greasy from sunscreen after a while, it's more economical to lie on it on a towel.
Unfortunately, the mattress material used is quite smooth and slides on the plastic of the chaise longue. The mattress does have adjustable straps under the lifting part of the backrest and under the feet, but even these do not prevent the mattress from sliding down.
So if you have the backrest raised to the highest position or to a lower position (there are 4 in total) and you are also lying on a towel, you can slide down 20-30 cm in a few seconds.
