I've been waiting a month and a half for a working cartridge. and I will wait further as I have repeatedly received non-functioning cartridges. The first cartridge was accepted by the printer, but the cartridge was unable to squeeze out more than yellow in place of purple. The printer refused the second cartridge and did not allow black and white printing with it. Not to mention the speed and convenience of picking up a claim. The claim has almost reached the legal length of its time and to collect it one has to choose between a branch or delivery to an address.
There is a 28-day waiting period for the complaint to be processed
Two cartridges received, both not working
Printer crashes and requires a hard reboot
The printer rejects the cartridge stating that it is a counterfeit and blocks the print
Alza.cz products are repeatedly unreliable, especially cartridges
Do not show ink level, need to read off paper
Complaints cannot be picked up at AlzaBox

I recommend it. Larger package than the original from HP. Once I had a defective piece, the printer did not accept the alternative toner but I wrote to Alza and they sent me a new toner right away.
